We offer reliable local and nationwide delivery, making it easier to send beautiful, thoughtful flowers to your loved ones, wherever they may be.
Our nationwide deliveries are sent via DPD using a next-day delivery service. Orders placed before 11am will be prepared for same-day dispatch, subject to availability.
While DPD’s service aims to deliver the following day, occasional delays can occur which are outside of our control.
The delivery service is currently available only to areas covered by DPD’s next-day service. Unfortunately, we are unable to send fresh flowers to locations where DPD advises an extended delivery time of 2–5 working days, including certain parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. This is simply to ensure your flowers arrive as fresh and beautiful as intended.
As fresh flowers are a perishable product, it is important that the recipient is available to accept the order on the intended delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, ensuring the recipient’s contact details are correct where provided, and making sure the recipient is available to accept the delivery.
Any delivery instructions or nominated safe place must also be suitable, secure and accurate.
Please take extra care when entering delivery information at checkout.
Fairytale Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, the recipient being unavailable, or unsuitable delivery or safe-place instructions.
