We sell fresh floral bouquets and related products.
As flowers are natural and seasonal products:
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and as close as possible to the original style.
When you place an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where:
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.
All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect accepted orders.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
We will do our best to deliver on the requested date, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery where appropriate.
Risk passes to you or the recipient on delivery.
Flowers are perishable and their lifespan depends on the type of flowers, season, environment and aftercare.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper care, extreme temperatures, or delays after successful delivery.
If you provide a card message or gift note, you are responsible for its contents.
We reserve the right to refuse to include any message that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.
Because flowers are perishable goods, the standard 14-day cancellation right that often applies to online purchases does not usually apply once the order is for perishable items. UK government guidance specifically lists flowers as an example of perishable goods that do not have to be refunded unless faulty.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet started on the order and it has not been prepared or dispatched, we may offer a cancellation or refund at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs.
If we agree there is a valid issue, we may offer:
Natural variation in flowers or reasonable substitutions do not count as faults.
You agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, or use any website content for commercial purposes without permission.
We may suspend or withdraw website access at any time.
All text, images, branding, graphics and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Fairytale Flowers unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or disappointment arising from natural variation in flowers or events outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the date shown above.
